Tree Cap refurbishment, test and commission

Hydrus offers a comprehensive refurbishment, test and commissioning service designed to ensure the integrity and operational readiness of your system. With purpose built dedicated internal & external test facilities, we can accommodate assembly acceptance tests right up to full scale system verification tests.

Hydrus has completed on the refurbishment of many tree caps at its Brechin facility. The tree caps were completely refurbished, flushed, pressure tested and cleaned. Additionally, an ROV interface panel was added, incorporating a hot stab, double block and bleed, and a gauge to allow wellhead cavity monitoring and tree cap gasket test.
