Shona leads the company’s management systems, HSE culture, marketing, and support functions. She brings a strong QHSE background from the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors, backed by a Business Management degree, NEBOSH qualification, and auditor certifications. Since joining Hydrus, she has maintained and enhanced the company’s Integrated Management System. Outside of work, Shona enjoys travelling, family time, and catching up with friends.
